Delivery Information

When to place your order

Place your order before 13:00hrs for a guaranteed same day delivery. Orders received after 13:00hrs will be delivered the following day. Requests for delivery at specific times of the day may be made but these cannot be guaranteed. We will try our very best for you though!

Our delivery service is available from Monday-Saturday. We regret the fact that Sunday deliveries are not available (except Christmas Eve, Valentines Day and Mothering Sunday.) Any orders placed stating a Sunday date will automatically default to the Saturday before the Sunday date given.
Delivery Specifics

The retail price displayed on all of the items on our website includes V.A.T. but excludes delivery.
Delivery prices apply to each delivery address. Multiple items being delivered to the same address will only occurr one delivery charge. Our charges for delivery are as follows:

•    £3.95 Delivery in Westgate
•    £7.95 Delivery around Westgate
•    £8.95 Delivery across Thanet
•    £9.95 Delivery to Coastal Thanet

Same day orders that are delivered nationally are charged at £9.95 we will add the difference in cost as displayed above to your order.

International orders are available on all items priced £50.00 or more. Same day delivery is not available on overseas orders.
